Training on data analysis using R

SA-TIED will hold a 5-day online training course on using the data analysis software, R. 

The course will build capacity and support South African officials to manage and use economic data to carry out policy-relevant research in their day-to-day work for evidence-based policymaking.  

The training will be delivered online and attended by staff from the National Treasury's Economic Policy and Tax Policy units, and UNU-WIDER's research staff stationed at the secure data lab in Pretoria, South Africa. It will take place during 4-6 August, and 10-11 November. 

This event is being carried out by the SA-TIED workstream on Turning the tide on inequality.
